职位描述

【岗位职责】

l  Organizing and ensuring implementation ofall financial system and other related regulations;

组织, 保证公司的各项财务制度及其他有关制度的贯彻执行;

l  Organization and management of dailyaccounting and financial issues; conduct analysis on economic activities;

组织管理企业日常会计核算和财务管理, 进行经济活动分析;

l  Implementation and enforcement ofrequirements from owner management body;

贯彻落实业主管理机构对公司的管理要求;

l  Supervise and manage on quality cost on aregular basis, take timely measures and resolve problems upon findings of costand expense issues;

定期进行质量成本的监控与管理,及时发现成本费用管理中的问题,并能采取相关措施及时解决;

l  Be responsible for daily financial income & expense management and counter-signing of contracts,FC’s approval is inevitable for substantial income & expense practice

负责日常财务收支管理工作及合同会签工作, 涉及重大财务收支的业务必须及时报财务总监审批;

l  Be responsible for organizing financialplanning and budgeting, formation of settlement and supervision andimplementation thereafter;

负责组织财务计划和预算,结算的编制与监督执行情况;

l  Be responsible for monthly reports onfinancial analysis and departmental summary, including financial operationanalysis, cost analysis;

负责公司财务分析的月度报告和部门小结, 包括财务经营分析报告、成本费用分析报告;

l  Supervise and check all purchase channelsfor various items;

监督和检查各种物料采购供货渠道;

l  Monitoring on daily expenditures, rectify actionsviolating company policies;

负责日常费用管理的监控,违反公司规定的行为予以纠偏;

l  Be responsible for compiling and issuance of salary to all departments;

负责各部门工资的编制与发放;

l  Evaluation of working achievement made byother financial staff;

负责其他财务人员的工作业绩考核;

l  Set up good business relationship with otherfinance, tax and audit institutions;

与财税部门及审计部门建立良好的业务关系;


【岗位要求】

RequiredSkills 

1.Proficientin the use of Microsoft Office. 

专业熟练的微软办公软件

2.Problem solving, reasoning, motivating,organizational and training abilities.

   问题解决能力、推理能力、激励、组织和培训能力

3.Good Communication and writing skills

   流畅的英语沟通和书写能力


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Finance or related field. CPA preferred.

 会计或财务学士及以上学历或同等资质。CPA优先


Experience

4-8 years in hotel accounting or audit withat least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory role, or anequivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

4-8年酒店会计工作经验,至少有1年的财务副总监或具备其它同等主管级别的工作经验。或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
