1.负责工程部办公室内接听电话和有关事务性工作并为经理接待和安排来访客等。
2.负责工程部内部文件、通知、资料的传阅、回收和保存。
3.协助工程部经理搞好设备运行的调度工作。
4.帮助工程部经理整理、打印各类报告、文件资料。
5.申领办公用品及发放,负责填报有关报表。
6.负责工程部人员的考勤，福利劳保用品的领取和发放。
7.负责部门之间文件的传送，做好部门之间的联络工作，及时传送本部门员工的各类申请单等。
工作时间&福利：
1.早九晚六，周末双休。
2.工作日包午餐一餐。
3.节假日福利。
4.提供实习证明
岗位要求
1.至少能实习半年（2025.11-2026.6）
2.大专以上文化程度。
3.能较熟练操作计算机。
4.具有一定的协调和配合能力，并能处理相关的文书工作。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-25岁
