岗位职责
1. 严格按照公司的规章制度和部门的工作程序，参与部门的日常工作。
2.协助保持预订部日常的高效运作。
3.正确使用HMS处理预订、修改和取消；维持正确的预订资料记录，如文件归档，文书工作。
4.掌握销售价格相关系统（包括但不限于CRS、PMS），并可协助根据销售策略的变更对系统进行设置。
5.协助解决因预订产生的投诉，并达到宾客满意。
6.精通HMS房间预定系统的操作。
7.保证所有的预订是准确无误的，并及时对其信息进行更新和维护。
和销售团队保持频繁密切的沟通。
8.预订经理不在时，有能力去负责预订部的相关工作。
岗位要求
1.拥有大专或以上学历；国、粤语流利，有良好的英语听、说、写水平。
2.至少两年酒店行业的经验，在销售或预订部门工作过者优先。
3.能够熟练运用微软办公软件，了解HMS或相关PMS系统的运用。
4.条理清晰，有良好的写作 / 报告的技能。
5.有主动性，并具有良好的组织、号召、沟通、协调能力。
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：24-40岁
