岗位职责
1.根据管理层要求定期编制、发送收入报表，例如每日收入报表、短住房费收入表等。
2.审核前一晚夜审操作程序是否完成，分类账是否结平，是否已修改系统日期及生成相应的报表并分派给指定的同事。
3.确保公寓的所有收入已计账并被正确的过账，并核实各项收入是否与相应的附件一致。
4.核查并报告每日收入操作中存在差异的问题，跟进解决。
5.核实PMS系统中所有交易明细是否与其他系统相符，例如早餐系统、电话系统等。
6.复核关于运营情况的各种报告，例如房费收入，杂费收入，房价，出租率，未到店，免费升级，延迟离店，提前入住等。
7.核实每日房价差异。
8.核实所有内部用房、免费房和宴请单已获批准并被记录。
9.遵守公司财务制度，监督各部门遵守相关规章制度，制定并完善适合公寓运营管理的规章制度并确保严格贯彻执行。例如定期修订公寓对客价目表等。
10.管理发票、单据、备用金、现金。
11.处理部门文员工作。
12.完成上级交办的其他事宜。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，具有会计或相关领域的教育经历、职业证书。
2.熟练使用办公软件、企业资源管理系统。
3.具有很强的财务，税务策划能力。
4.坚持原则、廉洁奉公。
5.具有良好的沟通与表达能力、较高的专业技巧、对工作严谨、认真细致、责任心强。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-35岁
