岗位职责：<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office">
?xml:namespace>1、严格执行公司规章制度，认真履行其工作职责；
2、 根据各部门编制及实际情况拟定招聘方案并实施开展招聘工作，确保各部门人员结构合理，保证公司人员供求平衡；
3、 制定员工培训计划，组织技能考核鉴定和培训实施；
4、 办理员工的入职及离职手续，对新员工进行入职培训；
5、 负责劳动合同的签订，续签以及员工档案的建立；
6、 负责人事档案的管理、保管、劳动合同的签订；负责加班、假期的审核与报批工作，做好月度考勤表；
7、 日常办公用品的采购，合理控制办公成本，固定资产的管理，核实数量，确保完整、落实负责人；
8、 负责公司薪资、员工福利、社会保险、劳动年检的办理；
9、 配合其他部门，并及时解决员工投诉和劳动争议事宜；
10、领导交办的其他相交事宜。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，有2年以上相关工作经验；
2、坚持原则，为人正直，具有高度的组织能力和团队精神，敬业爱岗；
3、 熟悉劳动法规，了解国家、地区及企业关于合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇、培训等方面的法律法规及政策；
4、 具有良好的个人品质，较强的组织、沟通、理解、协调、和执行能力，原则性强。
注：此岗位上班地点为：广州总部、深圳、惠州南昆山、四川德阳项目等
