职责概述
1.尽己之能完成酒店宴会方面的销售目标
Responsible in achieving catering sales target objectives of the hotel
2.监督本部门,确保及时有效完成每日工作
Supervisors the Catering department to ensure daily task are completed in a timely fashion
3.通过保持与市场及国内外客户的联系来进一步提高酒店的知名度
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
4.熟知会议及宴会销售标准,监管团体业务中的销售及服务
Is fully aware of Conference & Banquet Sales standards,Oversees in-house selling and
ervicing of group business
5.与团体、旅行销售及国际销售办公室密切沟通Close communication with Corporate and Travel sales as well as Worldwide sales offices
6.分析目前和潜在市场以及其发展趋势,协调一切能够拓展业绩的活动
Analyzes the current and potential markets and trends, coordinates all activities to convert more business
7.与公司、旅游销售部门合作进行销售活动,控制宴会地点并和其他合作者保持密切关系。
Conduct sales activities in cooperation with Corporate and Travel Sales departments.
8.每周例行召开销售会议以检验和评估酒店业绩,销售策略及市场细分策略,使酒店的经营利润达到最大化。
Participate in weekly sales and revenue meeting to review and evaluate on hotel performance, pricing grid, sales strategies and distribution strategies methods to increase business for the hotel with maximum results.
