根据标准工作流程、备料单、照片及上级指示准备食物。
Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions.
协助饼房厨师长培训西点厨师,参与西点出品和质量的管控。
Assists Pastry Chef in training Commis, and participates in product development and quality control.
保证西饼房工作运作的顺利进行。在指导下进行所有食品的准备工作。
Ensure the operation of the Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchen as and when directed.
确保所有厨师都按照安全指示操作厨房器具。
Ensures that safety instructions are respected for the use of kitchen equipment.
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
高中学历,或正规糕点烘焙学校学习
High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking
至少5到6年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验
Minimum 5to 6 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel
具有相关管理技能
Acknowledged managerial skills
熟悉电脑操作知识
Computer literate in the Windows environment
了解,熟悉HACCP知识
Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
