Assist in establishing standard policies and screening system. Responsible for the hotel recruitment section and timely supplement suitable candidates for the hotel.

Monitor the recruitment and management of local trainees.

Analyze hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.

Reviews personnel policies, procedures and practice and recommends changes, modification or update information to the Director of Talent & Culture.
