主要职责 Main Responsibility
To assistant the Reservation Manager monitors reservation daily operations and process
Effectively organize the workflow in the Reservations office.
Arrange Duty roster for Reservation Department
To follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors
To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa and health club.
Be fully aware at all times of the Selling Strategy, rates and booking status of the Hotel.
To develop and maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
Fully understand and adhere to all Hotel policies and procedures.
Be fully competent in Inventory management, ensuring that Inventory is maintained regularly.
Be fully aware of and adhere to all the Hotels Safety & Security policies
Ensure that the Reservations Office is kept clean and tidy at all times
Perform any reasonable task as requested by Management.

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or F&B studies and/or significant experience in a similar role

Languages: fluent in the national language and English, a 3rd language would be a plus
