Job Objective
负责部分人事方面的工作以及部门的内勤工作。
Be responsible for part of personnel routine work and the departmental secretarial job.
主要职责
Main Responsibility
负责安排、通知应聘者面试,并做好登记。
Responsible for arrange and notice interview and record it.
Handles new staff check in procedure including making and distributing staff ID cards and name tags.
拟录用人员的背景调查.
Conduct reference check for confirmed candidates.
员工更衣柜的发放和管理。
Distribution and management of staff locker.
员工档案的建立、更新和管理。
Internal staff files setting up, updating and management.
负责各部门考勤的审核及本部门的月度考勤.
Verifies and records staff overtime, and prepare monthly overtime summary report, record sick leave and unpaid leave.
协助组织员工活动。
Assist in staff activities organization.
准备月度优秀员工的选举汇总表等。
Prepare monthly EOM voting form.
岗位要求
Specific Requirements
学历要求: 酒店管理或旅游管理专业;
EDUCATION: High-school diploma to degree,
资历要求: 部门工作经验优先;
Experiences: Concierge work experiences preferred
工作技能: 良好的电脑技能,熟练使用Word 和 Excel
SKILLS: Good skill for computer, very familiar with Word and Excel
个人素质: 积极敬业,工作认真细致;
QUALITY: Enthusiasm in work, carefulness
个人能力: 具备较强的沟通,协调能力及团队合作精神。
ABILITY: Good communication and coordination ability, and good team spirit.
