职位描述

 

工作目标Job Objective

 

树立饭店良好形象并与公众(新闻界人士、公关目标、合资企业、客人、客户及社团)良好关系。建立通过通讯报纸,商业杂志和电视等任何方式推销酒店。求新的和创新的方法来获得通过促销或赞助酒店免费宣传。审查并充当所有印刷品审批,以确保它的措辞正确的反映了酒店的形象。作为一个协调员处理分配给一个特别的活动或功能,使酒店产生利润或提升酒店形象。

 

Develop and foster a positive image and fellowship between the hotel and the public, i.e. media personnel, PR agents, journalist, guests, clients and the community.To promote the hotel via all forms of communications including but not limited to Newspapers, Trade Magazines, and Television. To seek out new and innovative ways to obtain free publicity for the hotel via promotions or sponsorships. To review and act as the main contact point for approved of all printed material to ensure that it is properly worded and is reflected of the image for the hotel. To act as a coordinator when assigned to handle a special event or function, which the hotel is putting on to generate money or enhance the hotel image.

To establish a Public Relation schedule and budget for the hotel and estimate the resources which need to be allocated in conjunction with the plans and actions laid out in the Director of Marketings Business Plan and Marketing Plan.

Seeking story placement in local and national media

 

争取媒体报道所有特别活动和节目

 

Soliciting media coverage for all special events and program

 

该酒店通过新闻发布会,备忘录和新闻故事征集媒体宣传酒店新的设施,娱乐和服务。

 

Generating publicity for new facilities, entertainment, services and functions of the hotel through news releases, memos and story solicitation of the news media.

 

发起对酒店和/或酒店工作人员在当地媒体报道以增加市场对酒店的认识和酒店的声誉。

 

Initiating and placing the hotel and/or hotel personnel stories in local media that will add to the awareness and prestige of  the hotel.

 

作为酒店之间的联络和媒体代理回答所有媒体的查询,建立和维持通过广告和公共关系增进酒店业酒店的良好形象。

 

Acting as a liaison between the hotel and the press to answer all media inquiries.

 

举办活动有关的广告和公共关系活动,以改善酒店公共善意的事件。制作并制定一系列事件日历计划和战略。

 

To establish and maintain, through advertising and Public Relations, a desired and favorable image of the Hotel within the Hotel industry.

 

密切监测外界对酒店的反馈信息,并向总经理和销售及市场总监汇报,并建议采取适当行动。

 

To organize events/ activities related to the advertising and Public Relations of the Hotel in respect to improving public goodwill. Make and formulate a plan and strategy for a calendar of events

 

通过销售团队征求选择和管理使用的适当的公司礼品清单。

 

To solicit select and manage the inventory of appropriate corporate gift for use by the  Sales team.

 

审查所有的财产印刷材料,以确保它是正确的措辞,对酒店有良好的影响。

 

To review all printed material for the property to ensure it is properly worded and the image is reflective of the hotel. All print jobs to have GM approval

 

统筹内部杂志或信件最新的活动信息给与客人公司或总公司工作人员。

 

Coordinate the production of in-house magazine or newsletter to give updates on activities in the hotel to our guests, clients, corporate head office as well as employees.

 

建立一个资源中心 - 提供报纸和杂志剪报服务和酒店相关出版物,以确保有效的通讯和信息系统。

 

Create a resource center – offering newspaper and magazine clipping service and hotel related publications to ensure an effective communications and information systems.

 

通过有组织的销售电话/活动/游说发展潜力的商业活动。通过媒体的宣传以增加我们在社会上的地位。

 

Through organized sales calls/ activities/ solicitations, develop potential events which are media driver, revenue generating; increase our standing in the community.

 

招待客户,内部嘉宾和重点企业,以便保持公共关系,我们可以与他们有网络合作以增加我们的知名度和媒体曝光的机会

 

To entertain clients, in-house guests and key company contacts responsible for PR so that we can network with them to increase our visibility and chance for mediaexposure

 

一直掌握有关酒店竞争对手的销售/市场营销战略或新设施的市场情报,在合适的会议上跟踪和报告竞争对手的活动。

 

To stay abreast of market intelligence regarding competitor hotels and their selling/marketing strategies, new facilities etc.

 

维持一个有效的跟踪档案和文件的工作体系。

 

To keep track of competitor’s activities on an ongoing basis and report on them in the appropriate meetings.

 

新增的材料应及时复印给餐饮部(中英文两种语言)。

 

Maintain an effective tracing system for files and paper work

 

拟定公关活动和广告计划

 

Drawing action and advertising plan.

College Degree in Hospitality or related field
