工作目标Job Objective
计划及组织实施员工培训,包括分析培训需求、计划、控制、协调、组织酒店员工的培训及文体活动。同时还负责一些人才服务方面的工作。
Design and implement hotel training programs, including identifying training needs, planning, controlling, coordinating and organizing hotel staff training and activity. Meanwhile, to be in charge of some talent service work.
主要职责Main Responsibility
为行政委员会回顾分析酒店的培训需求,并按优先次序排列。
Analyzes training needs in the hotel and prioritizes such needs for Executive Committee review.
回顾培训的政策、制度、通过实践来给管理带来一些改善。
Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.
协助部门挑选培训部培训员。
Assists department heads in the selection and training of department trainers.
开展酒店绩效评估
Develops performance review
开展酒店年度培训计划和准备每季度进行管理工作的汇报。
Develops annual hotel training plans and prepares quarterly reports to management
建立和维护酒店的培训图书室。
Develops and maintains hotel’s training library.
制定酒店培训预算。
Develops hotel training budget.
制定培训指南和培训课程。
Develops training manuals and courses.
保管员工、主管层和管理层的培训记录。
Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
对员工进行公司或酒店的入职培训。
Conducts employee orientation to the company and the hotel.
对一线的主管进行最基本的管理技能的培训。
Conducts first-line supervisory training in basic management skills.
进行客人礼仪礼貌培训。
Conducts guest courtesy training.
监管新近员工岗位培训。
Oversees on the job training of new employees.
监管员工的在职培训。
Oversees retraining of employees.
在培训方面监管目前及未来趋势操作系统,并做相关推荐。
Monitors present and future trends, practices and systems in the training field and makes recommendations relating thereto.
在需要的领域例如职业规划、培训、发展、员工关系等方面与酒店人员商讨。
Counsels hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations etc.
完善并监管酒店内有效的员工关系及激励系统
Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel.
发展并完善能够确保员工保密和安全的项目。
Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety.
传播有关雇主与雇员关系的信息。
Disseminates information affecting employer-employee relation.
协调并执行员工的社交文体活动。
Coordinates and executes employees’ social, athletic and recreational activities.

大专以上学历
College degree or above
英语口语和书写流利
Fluent oral and written English
三年以上国际品牌酒店学习与发展管理的经验
3 years or above experience in learning and development administration esp. at 4 or 5 star international hotels
