Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. The General Ledger Supervisor maintains the general ledger andmaintains a good working relationship within the Finance Department. Assistingin the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements is a majorresponsibility.
总账必须对酒店的财务知识有很好的了解，并且负责总账明细账。与财务内部相关的各分部协调合作，以准备月度及年度报告。总账必须对应收、应付的主管及日审进行监督、管理。
2. Develops a working knowledge of allprocedures and operations as detailed in the Accounting Manual.
严格按照会计守则和专业知识进行所有程序和操作。
3. Assistsin inventory and fixed assets stock-taking.
协助固定资产及库存的盘点。
4. Responsiblefor the filing of hotel contracts, monthly tracking of contract execution, andsending to all departments to remind them of contract updates.
负责酒店合同的归档、按月跟踪合同执行情况，并发送给各部门提醒合同的更新。

Requirements 任职资格：
1. University graduate with major in Accounting preferred.
大学本科学历，会计专业优先。
2. Working permit in Accounting.
持有会计工作许可证。
3. Additional improvement programs in Finance is desired.
希望有财务方面的其他进修课程。
4. Good command in oral and written English.
良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。

Experiences 经验要求：
1.At least 3 years’ working experience in international class hotel and 2years’ working experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
3年以上国际酒店工作经验，2年以上相关工作经验优先。
2.Familiar with hotel operational procedures and systems.
熟悉酒店的操作流程和系统。
3.Experience in hotel accounting, familiar with hotel financial system(e.g. Sun System) is preferred.
具备酒店会计经验，熟悉酒店财务系统（如Sun System）优先。
