职位描述

Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):

The Director of Front Services will provide direction and leadership in the Front Services department in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by the hotel. The Director of Front Services will strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest possible level of guest service and satisfaction.

前厅部总监将根据酒店制定的目标、绩效和质量标准对前厅部进行指导和领导。并将努力达到最佳的运营效果,同时为客人提供最高水平的客人服务和满意度。


1. Ensure Rosewood brand standards, Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards and Forbes are fully implemented, maintained and executed throughout the department to meet and exceed guests’ expectations and accountable for achieving the goal of audit result.

确保瑰丽品牌标准、LQA标准和福布斯标准在整个部门得到全面实施、维护和执行,以满足和超越客人的期望,并对实现审计结果的目标负责。

2. Closely monitor individual associate’s performance and proactively provide feedback, training, coaching and mentoring if appropriate. Responsible for colleague performance appraisal and development plan.

密切关注员工的表现,并在适当的情况下主动提供反馈、培训、指导和辅导。负责绩效考核和部门发展规划。

3. Be very familiar with all Front Services’ Standard Operations Procedures and hotel’s policies and procedures. Make recommendation on operating procedures to ensure smooth operation when necessary. Review with Director of Rooms on Front Services related policy and procedure and Standard Operations Procedures periodically to ensure information are updated to current status.

熟悉所有前厅服务的标准操作程序和酒店的政策和程序。必要时对操作程序提出建议,确保操作顺利进行。定期与客房部总监一起审核前厅服务相关政策、程序和标准操作程序,确保信息及时更新。

4. Monitoring data input standards by associates to ensure guest database (PMS and PSB) is maintained at the highest standard.

监督员工的数据输入标准,确保客户数据库(PMS和PSB)保持在最高标准。


Requirements 任职资格:

1. It is the mission and intent of this position that the Director of Front Services will responsible for the services and operations, being pro-active, creative, results driven, focusing on delighting our guests and be able to “create engaging environments and nurture enduring relationship with those who stay with us and those who work with us”

2. University bachelor's degree and above, excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

3. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.

良好的人际交往和沟通能力。


Experiences 经验要求:

Minimum 7 years’ experience in luxury or ultra-luxury international hotel brand with two years’ experience as Front Office Manager.

7年以上豪华或超豪华国际酒店品牌工作经验,两年前厅部经理工作经验。
