Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. The ability to ensure thedaily operation of Kitchen, assisting Chef de Partie in the daily management aswell. Takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.

2. Must have basic knowledgeof cooking, full knowledge of sanitation requirements in food handling. Knowsand understands department policies.
