Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Responsible forthe day-to-day operation and maintenance of air conditioning in the hotel;ensuring the normal operation of the equipment; minimizing the equipment'sfailure rate; organizing team members to maintain all equipment; to formulateand implement energy management and preventive maintenance work; ensuring theeffective and economic operation of his section in accordance with thestandards of the department.
该职责是负责酒店所有空调设备的日常的运行和维护，确保设备正常运行并将设备的故障率降至最低。组织并维护所有设施设备，制定和执行好能源管理和预防性维修工作，依照部门标准程序确保酒店经济有效地运行。

1. To report tohis superiors all deficiencies in equipment operation and defects within thearea of his responsibility noted in the course of his duty.
向上级及时汇报工作中的问题及设备运行中的缺陷。
2. Handle guestand internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
处理客人及内部员工的投诉，用礼貌并有效的方式询问，确保问题令人满意的解决。
3. Safe workingmethods have to be used, train the team Numbers of the professional knowledgeand safety knowledge and supervise the team members to work in accordance withsafe work practices.  
必须使用安全的工作方法，并对员工进行技术知识及安全知识的培训，监督员工按照安全操作规范进行工作。
4. According tothe requirements of the department, make all the hotel’s ELECTRICIAN equipmentmaintenance plan, spare parts plan and organize the implementation and checkthe implementation; keep records of the maintenance.
按部门要求制定所有酒店强电设备的维修计划、备件计划，并组织实施和检查实施情况。保存维保记录。

Requirements 任职资格：
1. Education:Diploma or above.
大专以上文化程度。
2. GeneralSkills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speedand accuracy.
能准确，迅速，细致的完成本职工作。
3. Know your joband continue your self-development by self-directed learning and participation   in company sponsored training programs.
熟知工作内容，不断进取并踊跃参加公司安排的各项培训活动。

Experiences 经验要求：
Minimum 5 years’experience in AC.
至少5年以上空调工作经验。
