Job Duties (including but not limited to): 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Under the general direction of the SPA Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, handle guest requests in relation to the spa, fitness and pool in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times. Reports directly to the SPA Manager. Ensuring guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s SPA, Fitness and Pool arrival and departure experience. Be responsible for the reception area at the spa. Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments,checking the guest into the computer system and charging for services performed.
在水疗中心经理的管理并且在授命于瑰丽酒店管理集团和当地政策与程序下, 在水疗中心相关区域时友好并且高效礼貌的服务于每个客人。工作直接汇报给水疗中心经理。确保客户关系满意度可以达到每个客人的要求，保证每个来到水疗中心和健身中心的客人都能够体验到贴心周到的服务。负责水疗中心前台区域的工作，其中包括向客人问候，接听电话，协助客人关于水疗中心的一切服务和产品，预定理疗项目，登记进入的客人并且在电脑系统里对客人所消费的项目收费。

Requirements 任职资格：
College degree or above is preferred.
大专或以上学历。
Good knowledge of spa and fitness
熟悉健身和水疗知识。
Communication across departments efficiently
高效的跨部门沟通能力。
Good English is preferred.
英语流利者为佳。
Ability to handle guest inquiry and complaint.
处理客人投诉的能力。

Experiences 经验要求：
1 year or above experience in either Fitness Center reception or SPA reception in a 5-Star or above hotels.
1年或1年以上五星酒店或以上，健身中心前台或者水疗前台工作经验
