Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Ensuresservices provided by the Engineering are always available and are alwayscarried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency andcourtesy as detailed in the Department Operation Manual.
确保工程师提供的服务始终可用，并始终按照部门操作手册中详述的最高效率、一致性和礼貌性标准执行。
1. Responsiblefor facility inspection and basic maintenance 
负责设施检查与基础维护
2. Promptlyrespond to repair requests, complete common troubleshooting, and conductpost-repair inspections  
及时相响应维修要求，完成常见的故障维修，做好维修后检查
3. Ensureelectrical safety and standardized facility installation  
确保用电安全和设施的规范安装
4. Maintaindaily work records and provide feedback
做好日常工作的记录与反馈

Requirements 任职资格：
Goodinterpersonal & communication skills. 
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。 
Ability to workindependently and as a team. 
能够独立工作和团队合作。 
Holdsa qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or BuildingManagement.
持有电气/机械工程和/或建筑管理资格。
Knowledgeof air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems and related refrigerants,chilled/condenser water components;
了解空调、通风、制冷系统和相关制冷剂、冷冻/冷凝器水部件;
Knowledgeof hydraulics, including balancing in waterworks/tanks, prime/standby powergeneration equipment and associated switchgear;
液压知识，包括水厂/水箱、主/备用发电设备和相关开关设备的平衡；
Preferableto have experience in reverse osmosis and triple effect evaporator systems；
反渗透和三效蒸发器系统经验者优先；
Understandingfor main/secondary drainage (plumbing) systems, electrical power distribution system.
了解主/次排水（管道）系统、配电系统。

Experience 经验要求：
3 years or above experiences in similar capacity.
3年以上相关工作经验。
