主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. 能为客人提供符合瑰丽酒店品牌标准的优质服务并确保服务效率。
2. 能够熟练运用Mircros系统和POS预订系统。
3. 保证及时更新预订系统的信息。
4. 根据情况妥善处理预订，能够及时与主管进行沟通并更新预订系统，确保餐厅的翻台率，实现效益最大化。
5. 为等位的客人提供满意的服务。
6. 迎接客人并保证客人预订信息的准确（包括用餐人数、特殊要求等）。
7. 有能力对菜品进行促销。
 
任职资格：
仪容仪表以及行为都要符合酒店的专业形象。
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。 
能够独立工作和团队合作。 
 
经验要求：
餐厅领位：有相关经验者优先。
领位主管：3年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验。

THE TEAM
 
You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, working within one of our dining outlets and reporting directly to the Outlet Captain. The team collaborates closely across service, reservations, and guest engagement, as well as with Front Office, Butler Services, and the Dining Reservation Team, to deliver seamless and personalized dining experiences that reflect Rosewood’s service philosophy.
 
YOUR ROLE
 
As Hostess-Outlet, you are a key ambassador of the restaurant and play a vital role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. You are responsible for managing reservations, welcoming and seating guests, and ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience. Through genuine warmth, attention to detail, and effective communication, you contribute directly to guest satisfaction, outlet efficiency, and the overall success of Rosewood Beijing, while working closely with service teams and supervisors to uphold brand standards.
 
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
 
-            Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, creating memorable first impressions
-            Manage reservations, seating plans, and waiting lists to optimize guest flow and table turnover
-            Coordinate closely with outlet supervisors and service teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate information sharing
-            Anticipate guest needs, recognize preferences, and deliver personalized, discreet service experiences
-            Promote outlet offerings, hotel events, and special dining experiences to enhance guest engagement
-            Handle guest inquiries or concerns courteously and efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
 
 
COULD THIS BE YOU?
 
-            You have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality service role, preferably within a hotel environment
-            You communicate confidently in Mandarin Chinese and basic English, both verbally and in writing
-            You are guest‑driven, friendly, and naturally polished in your service approach
-            You are organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing reservations and guest information systems
-            You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating across departments
-            You are flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
