Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
1. The ability to ensure the kitchen daily operations with completing assigned job duties, assisting CDC / Sous Chef in the daily management as well. Takes pride in their work providing the highest quality of food.
负责厨房的日常运作, 协助厨师长及副厨师长做好管理工作, 能出色完成被分配的工作内容,并提供高质量的食物和服务。
2. Must have basic knowledge of cooking, full knowledge of sanitation requirements in food handling.
必须有良好的烹饪知识,拥有完整的食品卫生知识。
3. Knows and understands department policies.
理解所有部门的政策。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. Junior college or above, basic written and oral communication skills in English, fluent Chinese.
大专及以上学历,基本的的英语书面和口头沟通能力,优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。
2. Follow up and ensure no details are overlooked. Assume personal responsibility and accountability. Use thoughtful judgements. Avert or solve problems discreetly and promptly.
仔细观察,确保没有细节被遗漏。有责任心与信任感。能够自己深思熟虑来判断并谨慎的解决问题。
经验要求Experience:
Min 5 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel.
5年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验。
