THE TEAM
You will be part of The House of Dynasties restaurant within the Food & Beverage division, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, with a dotted line to the Assistant Director of F&B. You will lead a team of Supervisors, Captains, and Service Associates, working collaboratively with kitchen and other hotel departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

YOUR ROLE
As Assistant The House of Dynasties Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. You will play a key role in leading the team, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving revenue while maintaining Rosewood brand standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
-Support and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards and procedures are consistently achieved
-Deliver personalized guest experiences, proactively engaging with guests and resolving feedback or concerns effectively
-Lead, train, and motivate the team to strengthen service skills, product knowledge, and performance
-Drive revenue through upselling initiatives, promotions, and achievement of departmental sales targets
-Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning to ensure smooth and efficient operations
-Monitor operational costs, analyze performance, and support the delivery of financial targets
-Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and operational policies and procedures
-Build strong collaboration with kitchen and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

COULD THIS BE YOU?
-You are a passionate hospitality professional with experience in a hotel or restaurant environment
-You demonstrate strong leadership skills and are confident in supervising and developing teams
-You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can engage effectively with guests and colleagues
-You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple operational priorities
-You are proactive, adaptable, and maintain a positive, “can-do” mindset in a fast-paced environment
-You have a solid understanding of food & beverage operations, including service standards and cost awareness
-You are proficient in English communication and comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
-You uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentation
