岗位职责/职位描述

  • Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise lead conversion rate

  • 了解酒店重要目标行业的相关信息,获得行业/客户的相关信息以使问询转化率最大化

  • Ensure the timely follow up and pursuit of business with customers’ leads in order to drive the highest levels of conversion

  • 及时跟进和跟踪客户以促进以使问询转化率最大化

     Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customer negotiation process

  • 在与客户协商过程中,组织和协助销售销售团队

     Conduct proposal negotiation process and assist Business Development team where necessary

  • 组织报价协商并且在必要的时候协助业务拓展团队

     Handle contract signing process

  • 把控合同签订

     Updated lead status in relevant systems and communicates lead status to relevant Business Development staff (e.g. account owner)

  • 在系统中及时更新问询状态并与相关业务拓展销售做出及时沟通

     Provide creative input into Meetings product development to maintain a point of differentiation by developing innovative product and find out more revenue opportunities

  • 提供有建设性的建议提高会务产品的拓展使会务产品得以持续的更新从找到更多的收益机会

    Ensure the timely follow-up and pursuit of strategic relationships with customers and meeting organizer in order to drive the highest levels of conversion and guest experience

  • 确保对客人及会务组织者及时和策略性的的跟进以达到最高水平的生意转换率和客户满意度

    Make sure understanding and efficient to use the IHG sales tools, Achieve all the sales tool target ,Including : IHG loyalty programs, IHG Meeting Broker, Lead share AMGMystery Shop Etc.

  • 对洲际集团销售工具完全能理解及使用,完成并超越集团下达的各项销售工具指标,包括洲际客户忠诚计划,IHG RFPIHG Meeting Broker, Lead share AMGMystery Shop

    Conducts market research, Monitors competitor activities.

  • 进行市场调研, 监测竞争对手的活动

  • Plans and executes sales trips to major market areassales daily activity, including sales call, sales ENT and hotel inspection Etc. To make sue meet the goals of revenue.

  • 计划并实施前往主要市场进行销售活动,进行所有的的日常销售活动,包括客户销售拜访,客户宴请及客户参观酒店等,确保完成收入指标

     Attend weekly sales meeting to reviews of sales personnel activity item (New accounts develop, Sales call ,Sales ENT, Sales Plan and report , Produce accounts Etc) to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met

  • 参加销售部周会回顾个人工作项目指标(新客户开发,销售拜访,销售宴请,销售计划于报告,产量客户等),以确保销售计划得以实现

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicates knowledge effectively to all personnel when applicable.

  • Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports

    有明确且有效的口头或书面表达能力以便向客人、管理层和团队成员传达明确的信息

  • Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)
