【岗位职责】
1、Have knowledge about hotel product knowledge,including Food& Beverage, Guest Room, 、Banquet, Health club etc. and can answer all thesequestions to our guests.
了解酒店产品知识，包括餐饮、客房、宴会、健身等设施，能够回答客人关于这些方面的所有问题。

2、Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies andprocedures as well as departmental SOP.
全面了解酒店的各项规定和程序及部门标准操作程序。

3、 Complete the tasks assigned to the work ofdistribution centers and the Office of the Engineering Department to ensurethat the standard of hotel facilities.
完成工作分配中心和工程部办公室分配的任务，保证酒店设施达标。  

4、To carry out the inspection work according with theplan. Up reporting immediately when the security risks or facility problems befound.
有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。

5、With other departments to manufacture; assistanceto the listed price of materials in order to complete the work.
配合其他部门进行加工制作； 协助列出材料价格以便完成工作                                                                                                                                                 
6、Implementation of customer satisfaction standardsin work. Strict implementation of fire prevention and personal safetyrequirements.
工作中执行顾客满意标准； 严格执行防火和人身安全规定    
   
7、Maintain a clean work area and storage area
保持工作区域和储存区域的清洁          

8、To ensure adequate hotel maintenance requireditems.
保证酒店维修所需物品充足 

9、Have knowledge about all emergency procedures andknow how to act on them.
了解并正确组织实施应急预案。

10、Assist the Mechanic Supervisor to complete theMechanical Duty Group Engineering
 Maintenance Plan, and complete themaintenance work according to the maintenance plan as follows:
协助机修主管完成机修班组工程维保计划，根据维保计划来完成维保工作，如下：
（1）Maintenance of domestic cold water system
生活冷水系统维护保养
（2）Maintenance of domestic hot water system
生活热水系统维护保养
（3）Hotel drainage system maintenance
酒店排水系统维护保养
（4）water system maintenance
中水系统维护保养
（5）Maintenance of water feature system
各水景系统维护保养
（6）Swimming pool circulation system maintenance
泳池循环系统维护保养
（7）Maintenance of the hotel's water collection wellsystem
酒店集水井系统维护保养
（8）Laundry equipment and facilities maintenance
洗衣房设备设施维护保养
（9）Kitchen equipment and facilit
Assist the Mechanic Supervisor to complete themaintenance work and emergency maintenance work in the daily work of themaintenance team.
协助机修值班工程师完成机修班组日常工作中出现的维修工作和紧急维修工作。
（10) Participate in the daily shift work of theoperation team, patrol and check the equipment and facilities of the plantroom, and carry out emergency treatment for the faults that may occur or haveoccurred, and at the same time, deal with the maintenance work left behind onthe same day and in the previous shift.
参与运行班组日常的倒班工作，对机房设备设施进行巡视检查，对可能出现或已发的故障进行紧急处理，同时处理当天与上一班留下的维修工作。
  (11)Maintain good relationship with colleagues andestablish good teamwork spirit.
与同事保持良好的关系,建立良好团队合作精神
   (12)Use the appropriate tools to prevent slipping oraccidents during work.
工作中要使用适合的工具以防打滑或出现事故
   (13)Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies,being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safetyprograms. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating anyequipment.
遵守安全规定，确保酒店安全。发生事故，及时上报。遵守酒店的安全规范。负责设备操作前的安全指导工作。

【岗位要求】
1、高中以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、以电工优先，对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。
3、有强烈的工作责任心，热爱本职工作。
4、身体健康，精力充沛。
5、完成领导安排的其他工作。
