岗位职责/职位描述


Responsibilities
1. Monitor & process the Purchase Requisition (PR) & Market List (ML)
1.1 Purchase the acceptable quality goods at possible lower price and in correct amounts for Hong Kong Operations, following applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 Raise Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP systems and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data capture, ensure the vendors receive the purchase orders for delivery and receiving.
1.3 Monitor transportation to ensure that goods delivery in schedule and follow up undelivered goods.
1.4 Prepare and update PR/PO outstanding report.

2. Achieve operations efficiency in sourcing and related administration process.
2.1 Research and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, selection, service, support and availability capabilities, follow up with sampling for user acceptance
2.2 Visit and research in market, track market conditions, price trends.
2.3 Negotiate and administer contracts with vendors under the help if legal department if necessary.

3. Handling the Provisioning arrangement
3.1 Main coordinator with the port agent and vendors to organize and ensure smooth handling of provisioning.
3.2 Prepare delivery schedule.
3.3 Follow up with authority if necessary.
3.4 Arranging for vendor site visit.

4. Responsible for execution of Purchasing report.
4.1 Prepare departmental Weekly KPIs report.
4.2 Prepare ad hoc reports as and when required.

5. Others
5.1 Prepare Request for Payment (RPF) in require of advance deposit to Supplier.
5.2 Attend exhibitions to gain wider scope of exposure on the latest market product, main aim to obtain a competitive pricing for the company.
5.3 Any other duties, that may be reasonably be requested by superior from, time to time.

Qualifications
1.Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Studies/ Economics/ Management or equivalent.
2.At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in procurement, preferably in F&B, hospitality, merchandising industry.
3.Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels and able to work independently.
4.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office/ Excel; knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
