职位描述:
• Build long team relationship with accounts based on “win-win” negotiation, problem solving and mutual trust and to maximize potential business.
• Fulfills a guideline of 30 sales calls, weekly report to be submitted to DOS/DOM.
• Develop new accounts for assigned regions/port-folio .( minimum 20 a year )
• Achieve / exceed the room revenue goal as set by the Marketing Plan and DOS/DOM.
• Handles all incoming enquiries within the assigned area of responsibility and responds to customers’ needs effectively and in a timely manner. Ensures that all correspondences are replied within 24 hours.
• 谨遵“双赢”谈判原则、在为客户解决问题及建立相互信任的基础上与客户维系长期合作关系,最大限度地扩大潜在业务。
• 完成30个销售电话的指导原则,并每周向销售总监/市场销售总监提交相关报告。
• 为指定地区/端口开发新客户(每年至少20个)。
• 实现/超过由销售总监/市场销售总监设定的客房收入目标。
• 在指定的职责范围内处理所有相关的咨询,并及时有效地回应客户的需求。确保在24小时内回复所有信函。
任职条件:
• Must have 2 years of experience as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager in a high-end hotel/resort
• Ideal knowledge of Corporate Accounts.
• Confident, well-groomed, and dressed in a smart business manner
• Warm, welcoming, smiling, and pleasant
• Proficient in written and oral communication in both Chinese and English
• Excellence in communication skills: verbal and listening
• 至少2年高端酒店/度假村销售经理或资深销售经理的工作经验
• 扎实的公司客户管理知识
• 充满自信、专业的衣着、标准的仪容仪表
• 对客热情、保持微笑、充满精力
• 精通中英文双语书面及口头沟通
• 良好的语言沟通能力及聆听技能
