2、Solid knowledge of food and beverage menu items and ingredients, preparation methods and how to explain each item to the guests.
3、Continually source and contribute to the development of guest relations to build up restaurant database
4、Responsible of personnel development of the team to strive for improvement.
5、Manage and monitor the overall performance, average check and costs of the restaurant and bar
【Job Description】
1、Minimum 2 years of experience at fine dining restaurant as restaurant manager, preferably a Michelin starred restaurant
2、Have a solid knowledge of French cuisine, wines and spirits
3、Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
4、Strong leadership and multicultural management style
