Responsibilities 
工作职责
1.Under the leadership of General Manager, manage and support the daily operations within Club Reign including the Food and Beverage service to the members;
在总经理的领导下进行日常运营及管理，包括向会员提供餐饮接待等相关服务；
2.Conduct daily briefing with the service staff team to ensure they are aware of new initiative as well as business demand;
每日需组织召开例行会议，明确工作任务和市场需求，保证服务团队以充分的热情和积极性投入到工作中；
3.Be fully aware of the competitive situation in the city of other Membership Cubs, both within the hotels and independent operations;
进行市场调查，对同城竞争对手（无论是单店还是酒店内的配套设施）的状况要做到尽在掌握；
4.Following regular communication with members of Club Reign, produce and discuss any comments provided.Following this discuss any changes or improvements to services that may be required to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered;
定期同名仕会会员进行沟通，听取会员的意见及建议。在获取会员意见和建议后，评估服务是否需要调整和改进，是否需要制定其它的服务以增强顾客的体验感；
5.Work actively with membership sales to increase the usage of the facilities and improvement membership.At least twice per month be out in the market place to be up to date on what the competitor are doing;
密切同会员销售人员进行合作，以增进名仕会会员拓展。每月至少两次调查及更新竞争单位的活动状况；
6.Understand and resolve any service issues which arise with member.Work Handle any complaints or comments from the members in a professional manner.
知晓并解决会员服务事件，以专业态度和水准解决顾客投诉及纠纷。
 
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.Well spoken and written English;
流利的英语会话与书写能力；
2.A strong sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility,has the good team spirit and service consciousness;
责任心强，敢于承担责任，具有良好的团队精神以及服务意识；
3.Bachelor degree or above, major in hotel management or related;
酒店管理或相关专业本科以上学历；
4.Be familiar with the process of hotel management of each department,International chain hotel food and beverage management experience is preferred;
熟悉酒店各部门的管理流程，服务程序和标准，善于客务关系的处理与协调；
5.Strong ability of management and cost control.
较强的经营意识和成本控制能力。
