Responsibilities 
工作职责
1.Ensures that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses;
确保对破损进行高效管理，向运作部门提供不断的反馈，作为减少破损及丢失的工具；
2.Strictly adheres to the established operating expenses and ensures that all costs are controlled;
确保所有成本被控制在已制定的部门运营预算内；
3.To prepare schedule for polishing and burnishing of silverware;
制定餐饮部银器的清洁与保养的工作计划；
4.To record all withdrawals and return of operating equipment and utensils;
做好管事部所有物品的领用记录；
5.To inspect all areas and to ensure that all equipment and utensils are cleaned and in order;
监督并确保所有管事区域的设施设备及餐具的使用情况；
6.To be familiar with all operating equipment and its usefulness and location;
要熟悉所有管事部设施设备的操作规程，并将其有效的运用于工作中；
7.To cooperate and assist the Finance during the monthly inventory.
配合财务部做好季度盘点工作。

Job Requirements
岗位要求
1.Familiar with the brand, origin, characteristics and price of various tableware, and understand the classification and storage methods of tableware;
熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法；
2.Familiar with the use of various detergents and detergents, familiar with the commonly used dishwashing equipment and its operation methods, and understand their maintenance methods;
熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法；
3.Have a strong sense of responsibility and work hard and practical;
有较强的责任心，工作认真踏实；
4.Experience with international hotel is preferred.
具有国际联号酒店工作经验者优先。
