4. 负责在酒店大堂区域的贵宾沟通工作：包括迎送，回答贵宾咨询等 。
Be responsible for interaction with VIP in the lobby, besides greeting & information service.
5. 掌握万达茶道技巧，并在相关活动中实施。
Be skillful in Wanda Tea Journey, and performing the tea ceremony in certain occasion.
6. 协调各部门及时解决贵宾投诉。
To coordinate with concern department to handle VIP's complaints.
