岗位职责/职位描述

To be wholly in charge of all design and artwork required of the hotel under the supervision of the Public Relations Manager.
在公关经理的督促下完成酒店的设计和美工申请
Responsible for all the hotels art requirements.
负责酒店的各项美工申请
Keep a file of reference materials related to the design of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas.
保管国内、外酒店关于公关资料和推广资料设计的素材
Prepare layout of all hotel publications well ahead of schedule for preparation to Public Relations Manager.
按规定时间内准备好酒店宣传刊物的设计和排版
Handles all photo taking for banquet functions and for special events for PR coverage
为酒店的公关活动和大型宴会拍照。
Up date photos of hotel facilities and services.
负责更新酒店设施和服务的照片
Assists in the preparation of English / Mandarin Press Releases.
协助准备酒店中英文简介
Develop black & white photos for press releases if laboratory is available.
根据酒店图库的需要为酒店的新闻稿拍摄照片
Assists in cutting newspaper clippings both in Mandarin and in English.
协助完成中英文剪报
Control films/slides both black & white and color.
负责管理酒店的菲林片和幻灯片
Control Public Relations photo files and library.
负责管理公关部的照片和图库• Assists in contacting Chinese press.
协助酒店的媒体宣传工作
Capable of conceptualizing and developing graphics.
具有创新性的设计概念
Experience on PC graphics software.
熟练运用设计软件
Appreciate consistency of graphic style and typography.
掌握一定设计和印刷的辩识能力
 Have at least a working knowledge of and be able to type accurately in English as well as be aware of editorial style
有一定的美术编辑技巧,能进行准确的英文编辑
Conscientious, reliable and self-motivated and be able to fulfill demands with minimal supervision.
对工作尽责、可靠、充满活力。并能履行一定的管理职责
Design and execute visual of artwork for approval of Public Relation Manager.
根据公关经理的要求完成一些视觉设计工作
Execute final artwork.
具有独立完成设计工作的能力
Handle all basic photography work required in the hotel.
根据酒店需要能独立完成图片处理工作Assists in planning for future staffing needs
支持并计划未来员工发展的需要
Assists in recruiting in line with company guidelines
