1.Assists in ensuring all associate facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Training Rooms;
2.Assists in the preparation of the annual Learning and Development plan, ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the Hotel and the Learning and Development needs of the associates;
3.Assists the Learning and Development Manager in compiling training attendance confirmation lists for all training courses;
4.Assists in the compilation, implementation and up keep of the following associate communications – Associate Handbook, Monthly HR Activity Schedule, Learning and Development Update, Associate Notice Boards, and Television Communication;
5.Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate award presentations.
