1. 确保员工知晓和遵守所有酒店内部规章制度
Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to associates and implemented.
2. 持续寻求市场和电子商务的合作以增加酒店知名度和获取业务
Continuously seeks Marketing and E commerce opportunities to increase awareness and ultimately business.
3. 确保通过直接销售活动、电话和书面沟通确保酒店的高知名度
Ensures a high level of exposure for Hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contacts and written communications.
4. 进行充分的竞争对手调查，保持良好的酒店产品知识
Conducts extensive competitor research and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.
5. 为酒店网页制订电子商务策略和最佳实施方案，如运用Editor（凯悦的专属CMS工具）做内容管理、交通行驶路线
Develop Ecommerce strategies and best practices for the hotel web site such as content management (using The Editor – Hyatt’s proprietary CMS tool) and traffic driving tactics and strategies
6. 根据需要，管理并与代理合作，为网页开发制定项目如餐饮、婚宴等
Work with and manage agency for mini-site development projects as necessary/needed – for F&B, weddings, and so on.

7. 会见电子商务行业代表如供应商、代理、媒体如百度等，为最佳实施方案获取观点意见
Meet with digital and Ecommerce industry representatives (i.e. vendors, agencies, media partners such as Baidu, and so on. if necessary) to gain insight to best practices
8. 作为主要联系人，与所有电子商务供应商和代理建立良好的合作关系。基于凯悦集团办公室和代理的合作规定，定期保持与代理的沟通。
Develop and build strong working relationships with vendors and agency partners – serve as primary point of contact for all digital marketing/E-Commerce vendors and agencies.  Frequency of agency contact will be determined based on the scope of work outlined between the agency and Hyatt’s corporate office.
9. 与代理合作，确保给每间酒店采用的策略同样适用于区域内的其他酒店，没有商业冲突，例如关键字投标等
Work with agency to ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the region and no business-related conflicts (i.e. bidding on same keywords, and so on.)

This role will be responsible for status calls to review performance reports as well as set goals and objectives with the agency.

This role is responsible for setting timelines and goals with the agency as well as ensuring the agency meets all deadlines and goals
