岗位职责
1. 辅助部门经理处理部门行政工作，协助处理各种日常事务。2. 协助部门经理与其他部门的沟通与执行工作。
3. 接收、传递、记录部门办公室信息以及各种与部门相关的信息。
4. 协助部门经理组织召开的各种会议的会务工作，做好会议记录，起草会议纪要、简报，做好日常文件管理及会议安排、记录、工作日程提醒、备忘与安排。
5. 协助部门经理督促各分部门贯彻落实各项工作任务，做好办公室勤杂内务工作、各类文件的登记、保管、转发、立卷、存档等工作。
6. 负责部门内部卫生的整理及维护工作。
7. 协助各分部仓库进出物品的管理及资产盘点登记与核实工作。
8. 负责部门月度考勤的统计与次月排班工作。
9. 完成上级领导交办的各项工作任务。
岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，有较强的语言沟通能力。
2. 熟练使用办公软件。
3. 一年以上相关助理的工作经验，富有团队精神，有较强的沟通和协调能力。
语言能力：中国普通话-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-30岁
