1.Assists to ensure that the Public Relations activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate;
2.Assist to prepare and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals;
3.Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Public Relations Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue generating departments.
4.Ensures that an organised, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all communications records;
5.Establishes and maintains good relationship with media;
6.Assists the Marketing Communications Manager to prepare and update the hotel’s press kits.
