【岗位职责】
1、负责班组内的全面管理工作，检查员工的仪容仪表，指派保安员工作。
2、组织班组保安员学习业务知识，经常进行岗位练兵。
3、处理对班组保安员的投诉，加强巡查，处理巡查中发现的问题。
4、安排好本班组当值保安员的用餐时间，杜绝空岗用餐。
5、保持与各岗位的联系，建立安全防范网络。
6、协助上级处理各种事故。
【岗位要求】
1、高中学历，具有一定组织协调能力。
2、有同档酒店保安工作3年以上经验，接受过酒店保安培训。
3、具有简单英语会话能力。
4、懂得安全保卫知识，责任心强，处事机警、果断。

The Grand Ballroom withoutpillars is up to 1,150 square meters, and also the Multi-functioned MeetingRooms with various types could meet with different requirements on the thirdfloor.
