一、任职资格 Qualification
1、大学及相关学历。 University and related academic qualifications.
2、酒店管理、人力资源管理、英语等相关专业。Majors in Hotel management, human resources management, English, etc.
3、英语口语及书写流利。Fluent oral and written English . 
4、熟悉酒店各部门的职能，运作，操作流程及标准。Familiar with the functions, operation, operating procedures and standards of various departments of the hotel. 
5、电脑熟练。Computer proficiency.
6、至少三年相关酒店管理工作经验, 至少一年培训部管理工作经验。At least three years related hotel management experience, at least one year training department management experience.
7、.目标感强，学习能力强，具备高端酒店服务品质意识 Strong sense of purpose, strong learning ability, high-end hotel service quality awareness.
 8、具有良好的品质培训管控体系及监督实施经验Good quality training management system and supervisory implementation experience.                                                                                   9、具有较强的沟通，统筹协调，人际交往能力，及解决复杂问题接受创新的能力 Strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and accept innovation. 
10、具有奢华酒店管理品牌工作经历。Experience in luxury hotel brand management.
二、职位说明 Job Description   
培训战略管理
1.根据瑞华品牌服务项目制定相应SOP及培训计划 ，确定日期、时间、长度、地点、培训对象、目标和课程。 Formulate SOP and training plan according to Wanda reign brand service standard, determine date, time, length, location, training object, target and course.                                    2.协助餐饮总监开展酒店餐饮部培训管理的日常工作对餐饮各部门品质检查，监督和协调。Assist the Director of Food and Beverage to carry out the daily work of training and management in the food and beverage department of the hotel, to inspect, supervise and coordinate the quality of the operation departments.
培训管理 
1.优化酒店餐饮部的培训管理系统。Optimizing the training management system of Food and Beverage department of the hotel                                                                                             2.到餐饮部各服务工作现场培训，检查，监督，考核工作，及时纠正工作中服务质量 问题，以达到总部对瑞华品牌的服务品质要求。
To train, inspect, supervise and assess the service quality in the food and beverage department, and correct the service quality problems in time so as to meet the service quality requirements of the headquarters for Wanda reign .
3.收集，整理，分析，总结，反馈，储存各运营部门服务标准信息归纳为培训材料。Collect, collate, analyze, summarize, feedback, store service standard information of each operation department and summarize it as training material.
4.与酒店培训部门协作确保餐饮部员工积极参与培训部组织的技能培训。Collaborate with hotel training department to ensure that employees of food and beverage department actively participate in skills training organized by training department. 
5.合理安排部门培训费用，培训场地及设施的使用。Reasonable arrangement of departmental training costs, use of training venues and facilities.
培训实施
1.负责餐饮部新入职员工服务品质培训，发展培训课程及交叉培训计划。Responsible for the service standard training of new employees in food and beverage department, develop training courses and cross-training programs.
2.根据集团对万达瑞华品牌的服务标准项目，检测培训结果，并进行相应修改，如(顾客满意指数）GEI ,（品牌标准审计）LRA等，持续提升服务品质 According to the Wanda group's service standard project for Wanda reign , the training results are tested and modified accordingly, such as (guest satisfaction index) GEI, (brand standard audit) LRA, etc., to continuously improve service standard quality. 
3.协助集团总部餐饮部门交流反馈培训结果，提供培训内容计划。  Assist group headquarters catering department to exchange feedback training results and provide the training plan.
4.协助酒店总经理按照培训方案召开服务质量会议，并追踪相关部门改进方案及落实情况。Assist the general manager of the hotel to hold quality of service  standard meetings in accordance with the training program, and follow up the improvement programs and implementation of relevant departments.
