工作描述Job Description

1.通过与客户沟通，在遵循酒店盈利方针的基础上确保满足客户的需要To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to ensure guest needs and all requests are met.
2.在任何情况下尝试进行增值销售以将餐饮、宴会会议收入最大化
To maximize F&B Revenue by trying to up-sell on every occasion.
对于电话询价，必须精确填写询价信息表格To accurately complete an enquiry form for all telephone enquiries.
3.在使用电话，传真，邮件或者任何客户倾向的方式进行沟通后，根据万达瑞华酒店标准，对于客户询价在24小时内必须使用规范文本进行回复To deal with customer enquiries by telephone, fax, mail, email or in person using a client orientated approach and process the standardized proposal in accordance with customer requirements within 24 hours according to Wanda Reign Standard.

4.特别活动的概念管理工作。Manage special event concepts.
5.善于预测市场的变化情况，并在必要时审评运营工作。Anticipate market changes and review operations when necessary.
6.对竞争对手进行分析。Conduct competitor analysis.
7.创造良好的公众宣传机会。Create positive publicity opportunities.
