坚决执行和落实酒店及部门所做出的一切决定；
Strictly implement all the decisions and rules by the hotel and department.
1、协助部门管理、监督、检查属下工作，做好分管工作计划安排；
Assist to check, assign and coordinate the work.

2、处理当值期间的客人投诉，并及时报告部门经理；
      Handle guests’ complaints, and report to manager.
3、熟悉酒店内的所有消防器材、安全设施，编排、调动当值保安员的出勤及工作岗位；
      Know all the fire and safety facilities, and duty roster security guards.
4、配合大堂经理处理当值期间的突发事件；Coordinate with AM to deal with incidentals.
5、巡逻检查各岗位的工作情况，检查当值保安员的仪表仪容、礼貌服务等，检查指导主管、保安员的岗位工作标准；
      Patrol and check the guards’ grooming & hygiene, etiquette to ensure the working standards are being implemented.

6、熟悉酒店消防安全知识和紧急程序，并对保安员和酒店员工、义务消防员进行培训；
      Know the fire and safety procedure and provide appropriate training for the guards.
7、对酒店各部门进行消防、安全方面的检查、监督，对存在隐患督促进行整改；
      Monitor the departmental fire & safety work and rectify accordingly.
8、协助经理做好与地方当局、公安、消防部门的联系，并保持良好关系；
      Assist the manager to keep good relationship with PSB, government, and fire bureau.
9、当需要时随时接受另外的责任安排；
      Perform any other duties as required.
