1.确保所有健身中心员工的日常工作根据拟定的程序和标准进行

Ensures that the activities of all Fitness Center staff are performed on the basis of established procedures and standards
2.确保客人的需求，询问，投诉适当处理和调解了

Ensures that guest needs, inquiries, complaints are properly handled and accommodated

3.认真落实部门经理下达的工作指令，贯彻酒店及本部门的各项规章制度，监督各岗位实施正确的服务操作程序，保证管辖范围的日常活动正常进行

Implement manager's work instructions, carry out hotel policy and procedures, follow the superior instructions and ensure operation smoothly
2.巡视检查下属的出勤、工作态度、服务质量及对客关系，坚持现场督导，执行奖罚制度，随时向经理汇报工作情况并提出整改方法及处理意见

Inspect staffs attendance, attitude, quality of service and guest relation, supervise on site, implement reward and punishment system, and report to manager at any time
3.制定排班表，科学合理地安排人力，最大限度地提高工作效率

Make duty roster reasonably to improve work efficiency
4.不断巡查健身设施及泳池区域的运转情况，及时向经理提出维护保养计划

Inspect the facilities and swimming pool uninterruptedly, present the maintenance and repair plan in time.
5.确保各项安全措施被完善执行，各种安全设备状况良好

Ensure all safety precautions are implement well, all safety facilities are in good conditions
6.观察考核下属工作情况，按时向部门提供评估报表
Evaluate subordinate behavior and provide evaluation sheet on time
7.制定培训计划，按照岗位服务标准及工作技能要求培训下属，使之尽快了解和掌握各项规定，提高员工素质Establish training plan and train staff basic on service standards and working skills, ensure all staff know the rules and improve the staff quality
