岗位职责
检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
按照台图摆放桌椅。
清洁玻璃器皿及银器做好餐前准备。
按照指示要求负责场地台型的调整。
负责为客人提供用餐服务。
清理脏餐具到指定区域。
活动结束后负责清理相关区域。
更换经使用过后的布草。
向主管传达所有客人建议。
其它及主管安排的工作。
具备基本的中餐和西餐食品知识。
了解鸡尾酒会、各种会议等相关摆台知识。

岗位要求
良好的形象和开朗的性格。
良好的餐饮服务经验，特别是宴会。其它同类酒店相同职务至少1年工作经验。
可以长时间在重压下工作。
