【岗位职责】
1、部门制度与系统搭建：建立市场销售部政策与程序，完成酒店相关销售系统搭建。
2、 市场调研与品牌定位:开展市场调研与竞品分析，制定酒店品牌定位及经营策略。
3、 销售策略与预算制定:制定开业前市场销售策略、预算及目标，确保达成营收指标。
4、 客源渠道开拓:开拓并维护商务客户、旅行社、企业协议客户及OTA渠道，建立长期合作关系。
5、 协调酒店内部各部门（前厅、餐饮、客房等），确保客户服务体验与销售承诺一致。
【岗位要求】
1、 具备优秀的市场开拓能力和客户关系维护能力，有强烈目标达成意识。
2、 熟悉酒店销售流程，具备独立制定销售计划及执行能力。
3、 良好的沟通协调与团队管理能力，能有效激励下属完成业绩指标。
