1. 具备有关餐厅的食品/酒水/服务方面的所有知识。
To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in restaurant.
2. 确保向员工说明集团总部和饭店的各项标准及规定，并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。
Ensure that the hotel policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.
3. 监督并确保中餐厅的顺利运营
Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the restaurant appointed.
4. 始终如一地保持指定餐厅的食品/酒水/服务/清洁度。
Maintain consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of restaurant.
5. 在运营中不断地收集客人的反馈意见，以确保令客人满意。
Obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction.
6. 处理客人的细小投诉，并向经理或助理经理汇报，以便采取正确行动。
Handles minor complaints and reports them to the Manager or Assistant Manager.

7.检查员工的准时，个人仪表和形象。
Checks staff punctuality, grooming and performance.
8. 提高员工积极性，加强团队建设。
Enforces staff motivation and team building.
9. 根据需要对员工进行培训。
Conduct staff training when required.
