Job Description:
1.Spends the majority of time developing potential customers for the properties.
2.Establishes KPIs and milestones for business development initiatives.
3.Shares information regarding competitors' activities, corporate client feedback, and other market intelligence.
4.Develops new accounts or agencies through relationship-building.Ensures all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
5.Acts as a liaison between the sales and operations departments, collaborating with the operations team to address and resolve issues encountered during the leasing process, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing renewal rates.
6.Collaborates with the Marketing Department to develop promotional content for corporate business based on market conditions. Conducts timely reviews of the content and provides constructive feedback to the marketing team.
7.Assists the DOSM in preparing reports on business development and market analysis.
8.Participates in the formulation of the monthly sales action plan, ensuring that all strategies are supported by well-defined tactics, and makes recommendations for adjustments when necessary.
9.Ensures the timely entry of all relevant information into Opera and Salesforce, including tenant and demand details, and regularly exports reports for comprehensive data analysis.
10.Ensures the timely collection of outstanding debts. In the event of tenant arrears, initiates immediate contact to prevent the occurrence of bad debts across all units.
11.Takes customer demands and feedback into account when formulating room upgrade plans.

Qualification Requirement:
1.Good general education, preferably University graduates.
2.Minimum 10 years work experience in the sales & marketing from a sizeable international organization with at least 3 years at supervisory position.
3.A comprehensive understanding of the serviced apartment market and the role of business development within this sector.
