岗位职责/职位描述

Responsibility岗位职责
Assisted the director of human resources department in the analysis of hotel work, staffing and organization design.

协助人力资源部总监,进行酒店工作分析、定岗定员定编和组织机构的设计工作。
Responsible for the collection, storage, recruitment and selection of various talents required by the hotel.

负责酒店所需各类人才的搜集、贮备、招聘和选拔工作。
Deal with various procedures of new employee recruitment.

办理新员工入职录用的各种手续。
Deal with the signing, renewal, suspension and termination of employee labor contracts.

办理员工劳动合同的签订、续订、中止、终止等事宜。
Collect the personnel change declaration of each department and report to the superior for approval.

收集各部门的人事变动申报,报上级审批。
Handle the departure and resignation procedures of employees and handle personnel disputes.

办理员工的离辞职手续,处理人事纠纷。
Make annual labor and personnel reports and handle the annual inspection of labor department.

制作年度劳动人事报表,处理劳动部门年检工作。

Post requirements岗位要求
College degree or above, more than 1 year of working experience in the same position.

大专以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of employees; Grasp pedagogy, psychology and hotel management theory.

熟悉员工的有关法规和条例;掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
Understand the service standards and quality standards of hotel staff.

了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
Good communication and coordination skills.

具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Strong written comprehensive ability and oral ability.

具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。。
Able to operate computer skillfully.

能熟练操作计算机。
