Responsibility岗位职责
Assist in making the hotel's annual training plan and monthly training plan.
协助制定酒店年度培训规划和月度培训计划。
Responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of the hotel's annual and monthly training plans.
负责酒店年度、月度培训计划实施的组织、协调工作。
Feedback the hotel training implementation results to the superior leaders on schedule.
按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。
 Communicated with relevant departments and personnel to obtain necessary assistance for training.
与相关部门及人员进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。
 Reviewing various training materials; Responsible for staff assessment.
审核各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作。
Went deep into the department, understood the training needs of the department, and proposed feasible teaching Suggestions.
深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。
Assisted the manager in hiring trainers for various projects, and organized various training courses.
协助经理聘请各项目培训人员，做好各种培训班的组织工作。

Post requirements岗位要求
College degree or above, more than 1 year of working experience in the same position.
大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
 Familiar with job training procedures.
熟悉岗位培训工作程序。
Understand the service standards and quality standards of hotel staff.
了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
Good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Strong comprehensive writing ability and oral expression ability.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
 Master the methods of audio-visual education and be able to operate computers skillfully.
