· 协助行政管家建立部门的标准操作流程和政策。

· 协助行政管家监督客房部每天的日常运营，保证客房楼层和公共区域都达到清洁标准以及所有团队成员提供高标准的对客服务。

· 监督和督促部门培训，包括培训项目、计划和方法。

· 根据酒店生意情况平衡团队成员的工作安排。

· 在日常运营过程中对部门团队成员的日常表现进行评估。

· 对空房间和住客房进行常规巡查，以确保房间达到高标准的清洁。

· 巡视酒店楼层、后场楼梯通道等客房区域，确保高标准的清洁和维护。

· 行政管家不在时，监督洗衣房每天的正常运作。

· 主持每日楼层经理/楼层主管的会议，告知当天预抵的VIP的相关信息、客人的意见投诉和其它特殊任务的安排等。

· 协助行政管家定期召开客房部沟通会议，听取团队成员意见以更改完善管理办法，与团队成员沟通酒店发生的需要特别注意的分享。

· 行政管家缺席时，参加相关会议，发表关于酒店发展的建设性意见，也保证管理层信息的及时传达给团队成员。

· 和工程部保持高效沟通以维护保养客房，使房间一直处于良好的状态。

· 与前厅部协调配合，关闭需要维修和深度清洁的房间，并保证在最短时间恢复出售。

· 协助行政管家，参与并提供相关部门预算的建议。

· 确保对采购物品的数量得到控制和优化，部门的费用在酒店预算可控范围内。

· 确保客房部的所需物品的充足性。

· 确保团队成员坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。

· 执行酒店管理层委派的其它工作。

· 如有必要，酒店管理层有权更改或补充该职位描述。
