岗位职责

Job Description

1.遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。

Follow the operating rules and hotel rules and regulations.

2.按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。

Check rooms according to plan, check public area, and order the order according to room damage.

3.完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房；监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包大修工作。

Complete comprehensive temporary tasks, such as checking VIP rooms, supervising outsourcing repairs such as guest rooms, restaurants, lobbies, etc.

4.完成宾客提出的小修工作。

Guests of repair work.

5.完成维修领班安排的其它工作。

6.提供客房设施现状、公共区域现状，提出补救意见。

岗位要求

Job Requirements

1.中专以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。

Secondary school education or above, more than 1 years working experience in the same position.

2.对钳工、管工、空调、木工、油工专业知识有一定的了解，具备一专多能，动手能力强。

Of the locksmith, plumber, air conditioning, carpentry, oil industry professional knowledge has certain knowledge, have skill, strong practical ability.

3.吃苦耐劳，精力充沛。
