【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店内宠物的日常饲养、清洁及健康管理工作,确保宠物生活环境的卫生与舒适;
2、定期观察宠物的精神状态、食欲及行为表现,及时发现异常情况并采取相应措施;
3、按照科学喂养标准,合理配比宠物饮食,确保营养均衡;
4、协助兽医完成宠物的疫苗接种、驱虫及基础医疗护理工作;
5、与客人互动,提供宠物相关的咨询及基础护理建议,提升客户满意度;
6、维护宠物活动区域的设施设备,确保安全性与功能性;
7、记录宠物日常行为及健康数据,定期提交饲养报告。
【岗位要求】
1、热爱动物,具备良好的动物保护意识及责任心;
2、了解常见宠物的生活习性及基础护理知识,有相关经验者优先;
3、具备较强的观察力与耐心,能妥善处理宠物的突发状况;
4、身体健康,无宠物毛发过敏史,能适应一定体力劳动;
5、良好的沟通能力,能与团队及客户有效协作;
6、能适应弹性工作时间,包括周末及节假日轮班。
