岗位职责
1.在送餐主管的直接领导下，具体负责承接宾客预订房内的用膳工作。
2.认真做好宾客的送餐、收餐具工作。
3.听取宾客对房内用膳服务工作意见，并及时向领班或餐厅主管汇报。
4.与订餐员密切配合，保证宾客得到及时准确的房内用膳服务。
5.负责接受贵宾的水果通知单，并及时送上。
6.负责整理房膳工作间，做到工作间清洁卫生。

岗位要求
1.中专以上学历或同等学历，有从事西餐服务1年以上工作经历。
2.具有一定的食品、酒水知识，清楚所供菜肴的一般烹制方法及其他服务方法，掌握房内用膳服务规范和服务程序。
3.有较强的推销能力和语言表达能力，口齿清楚，语言流畅掌握一门外语。
4.热爱本职工作，工作勤勤恳恳，认真负责。
5.身体健康，仪表端庄，精神饱满。
