概述：在楼层主管的直接管理下，客房服务员负责供应品和客房、公共区域及设备的清洁。该职位也负责向来自内部和外部的询问提供完整精确的信息并协助创造一个良好的符合服务标准的公众形象。
职责包括但不限于：
1. 客房的清洁和维护。
2. 清扫楼层指定的公共区域，并且与规定的规程和标准一致。
3. 根据住房率需要准备所有的布草和设施。确保布草和设施按照标准配有移动手推车。确保库房所有物品有秩序的存放。
4. 遵守员工手册的各项条款，处分规定，规则和规章制度。按照酒店员工手册的规定减少材料和物品的浪费并循环再利用。维护周边环境的清洁。遵守检查表上的节约用水用电。
5. 长期夜班。
